About the Opportunity

Plan and prepare daily meals in a small lodge kitchen while maintaining food-safety, inventory, and guest-service standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. Manage kitchen inventory and dietary requests. Maintain food-safety and sanitation records.

Requirements

Two years of commercial cooking experience. Food-safety knowledge and ability to work a seasonal rotation. Experience in remote camps or lodges is an asset.

Education and Training

Relevant education, training, or equivalent practical experience.
